Executive Chef Ranwa Ferguson is widely recognised for his signature fusion of Asian and Bahamian cuisine and five-star dining experiences. With 22 years industry experience, Chef Ranwa started his career working in a range of luxury resort, boutique, and bistro style restaurants including Dune at The Ocean Club, Captain’s Table at Lyford Cay, and several eateries at The Baha Mar Resort.
Although working in the private dining and gourmet catering sectors for 13 years, it was only in 2016 that he founded Mitch Kitch, a word-class culinary service that provides celebrities, dignitaries, second-home owners, and corporate clients with private fine dining, event catering, cookery classes, gastronomy training, and custom menu options. Chef Ranwa’s culinary philosophy and passion reflects attention to detail and the growing trend toward a healthier balanced lifestyle.
